The Chicago Housing Authority (CHA) Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program successfully provides
low-income families affordable housing opportunities in the private market due, in large part,
to a strong partnership with its participating Property Owners/Managers.

has developed the Owner Excellence Program which offers numerous benefits to those who qualify, including:

- Members-only Business Center
- Dedicated staff to provide individualized service and support
- Exclusive inspections schedule for initial and annual inspections
Plus, if your unit qualifies, you could take advantage of extended benefits, including:
- Biennial inspections
- Self-certification of minor Housing Quality Standards (HQS) fail items
- Vacancy payments
- HQS inspections results valid for 90 days
